UK - Order within the UK are sent using your choice of postage method. UK Special Delivery - If you require a guaranteed serice please select Special Delivery at checkout. Providing your order has been recieved and paid for it will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day (may tke longer for remote areas of Scotland).Insurance up to £500 is standard with special delivery.
Standard rate courier - For £20.00 we offer a courier service. This is next day to most parts of the UK but is only guaranteed to be 1-2 days. Its not available for Saturday Morning delivery. Insurance is up to £2500 and its a signed for service.
Europe - Orders for Europe (including the Republic of Ireland)are sent Airmail and typically take around 3 days for Western Europe and 4 days for Eastern Europe. Delivery times are quoted as working days and does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Rest of World - Overseas orders are shipped Airmail and can take around 5 - 10 days to arrive.
Returns - Returns will only be accepted after contacting us first for authorisation, do not just send the goods back.This can be done by contacting mark@zen-speedflyers.co.uk. Conditions as follows:
